For manual dishwashing application add 1/2 to 1 1/2 ounces of product per gallon of  warm water. Amount of product needed is determined by the number of utensils to be washed and the level of soil present. After dishes and utensils are clean, they should be thoroughly rinsed with warm tap water. Follow sanitizing procedures set up by your facility. NOTE: Presoaking heavily soiled items prior to washing will reduce manual scrubbing time and improve manual washing results. This product is a concentrated product offering the optimum balance of value and performance. This concentrated synthetic detergent is formulated to remove the most tenacious soils quickly and effectively. Its biodegradable formula develops rich, stable suds, even in the presence of heavy soil, while offering maximum skin protection. It quickly emulsifies, suspends and removes grease, soils, proteins and other debris from pots, pans, dishes and utensils. Safe to use on any surface not harmed by water alone. Rinses clean without spotting. As a hand soap use undiluted with either a wall type dispenser or a one gallon pump. Put a small amount in the hand and rub hands together to work into lather. When dirt and grime have been emulsified, rinse with water.
