This product should be dispensed only from equipment designed specifically to handle solid capsule products. Before loading dispenser, dish machine should be in the off position to prevent accidental water spray from contacting kitchen personnel. Your service technician will set your concentration to yield proper results. Wash temperature should be at least 140-150°F (60-68°C) Change water when noticeably dirty. For proper sanitizing in hot temp applications, rinse water should be maintained at 180-190°F (82-90°C). In low temp applications, this product is compatible with chlorine sanitizers.
